The mission of the Rural Alliance for Dignity (RAD) is to serve severely under resourced, geographically diverse, rural Colorado communities by providing AmeriCorps member resources to community-based organizations that: serve economically disadvantaged populations, focus on empowerment and social justice, and provide services through a holistic, dignity-based approach.
These AmeriCorps programs provide a monthly living allowance of $1,466 before taxes, medical insurance, and service training. Housing, vision or dental insurance, and travel stipends are not provided.
